My opinion:
Caleb was a gorgeous rich man, he was the new CEO of the Blackstone Global Enterprises. He was good at sleeping with women but not so good in relationships. Brooke after her tragic past she avoided men at all costs, she wasn't ready to get out there yet. After their chance meeting, their whole world would change. He was charmed by her beauty and her attitude. He soon started searching for information about her and for ways to get her to spend time with him. Brooke liked him a lot, he was always nice and patient with her, something she had never experienced before. Their feelings grew very fast but it didn't really scare them. Caleb knew from the beginning that he wanted to marry this witty British girl and nothing would prevent him from doing it, not the hideous paparazzi or the crazy ex-girlfriend.
A modern day cinderella story with two "broken" characters that heal each other. It is the sweetest story I have ever read with no fights or schemings. It's all about the pure deep love and happiness.
