Father by Clarissa Wild

                                                                Description:
Confess your sin.

People call me Father, but I prefer Frank because I’m the worst preacher you’ll ever meet.
Days spent completely wasted pull a number on you, especially when you’ve got a truckload of baggage that comes with it.
Until this beautiful girl in the back of the church takes my breath away.
…And we end up committing sacrilege in the confessional.
Did I mention I’m filthy?
Bad doesn’t even begin to describe me, and after one taste of what she’s got to offer, I want more.
Too bad having a dirty mind isn’t the only thing we’ve got in common…
Our past is laced with sin.

                                                               My opinion:
Frank wasn't a normal preacher, he liked to help others but he didn't care about other people's opinion. He said and did whatever he liked. Lately because of his inner torment he was getting worse by the day, liquor was his only friend. One day he saw a beautiful young woman in his church and couldn't take her off his mind. She seemed so innocent and kind at first but a few days later she showed more of her "bad" side. She was a walking tempting sin. After meeting her he stopped drinking as much and became happier. Until some people of his past returned because of some unfinished business. This time Frank was ready to save those who loved even if it meant sacrificing his own life.

It's such a filthy, sexy, funny, dramatic story with some added action. The dramatic parts are limited and with Frank's douchy attitude and his horniness, the book stays on a light sexy level. The erotic scenes are so damn dirty and kinky, to some might be super offensive. There are moments that will crack you up, others that will make you cringe but in the end, comes the satisfaction with the HEA. Frank is the weirdest preacher character I have ever seen. He is funny, dark, dangerous, kind of an asshole, broken but very helpful and caring. The only thing I can say about the female character is that she was his beautiful sinful angel, that saved him from his downfall. I loved it, I have never read something like that before. Definitely a five-star book.

My favourite lines:
1)He pushes the broom into my hands and says, “You’re one weird-ass motherfucking preacher, you know that?”

2)Damn, I’m so hot I could bake an egg on myself.

3)“I so wanna smack that grin off your face,” she growls.

4)“Call me Father Frank … and I’ll make you confess all your sins.”

5)“Forgive me, God, for I’m about to sin like fuck,”
