My opinion:
Mae and the Hangmen saved Lilah and Maddie from The Order. Lilah didn't want to leave, she still believed in that religion and thought that the club and the men outside were evil. Ky,the VP of Hangmen,was a major whore, but excellent at his job. He craved Lilah from the first moment he set eyes on her,she was what he liked in his women,blond busty and looked like a supermodel. A month had passed and Lilah hated even more the life outside, Ky's behavior toward her didn't help at all. Mae was furious at him but also asked for his help so she can convince her sisters to try to learn how to live. Ky showed Lilah the town, showed her some bulding and told her their story, she enjoyed everything very much. After a few weeks Lilah was able to talk about her past to Ky and how she ended up in that awful place. The Order was rebuild, now they had a new leader,Cain and he was ready to take revenge from Hades. After a bad incident that happenned to Lilah in the compound,Ky took her away to relax for a few days. The Order came back for them again, this time they took Lilah. Ky was gonna save her or die trying. They found her a little late but they did. They had messed with her body and her mind, that almost cost her life. But in the end their love brought them together and they lived happily.
This book is much darker than the first. The punishment scenes are so graphic, it's like you can see it happening in front of you.
So this book is obviously about Lilah and Ky. Lilah's story is a very dark and sad one. Since she was the one that believed so much in that religion it was hard for her to accept the truth and that led to so much pain for her and the people around her. Ky was born and bred to be a VP for the Hades, his dad tought him to care for the brotherhood but use women. That's what he did until he met "the pilgrim bitch". We get to see Mae and Styx again, also we see how overprotected is Flame over Maddie. Now about Cain/Rider, wtf is wrong with him. He was such a nice person in the half of the first book,can we please make him good again,cause he starts to piss me off.
