Taming Her Wolf by Eve Langlais

                                                                 Description:
Dumped by his girlfriend, Gareth doesn’t think things can get any worse until he’s captured by some vampires. But he’s not about to become an all-you-can-eat-buffet without a fight.

With great age comes boredom, which suits Helen just fine until she goes looking for a blood servant and finds herself intrigued. The wolf she brings home might want to tear her to pieces, but she’s determined to tame him. What she never expected was to have the tables turned and have him capture her heart.

Helen thought she could tame the wolf but instead, despite the taboo nature of their relationship, he taught her how to live again.

                                                                 My opinion:
Gareth broke up with his girlfriend and went out to drink. He was so drunk that he almost blacked out and woke up chained to a dungeon. He tried to escape with no luck. Helen was looking for a new pet, she went to the dungeon to buy one, there she found Gareth. He was a troublemaker but his attitude intrigued her. She decided to buy and tame him. It wasn't going to be an easy task, not only because he was stubborn and strong but because she was attracted to him. Eventually, she fell in love with him and he wanted to make her his. They were happy but her maker managed to ruin it. Helen cared very much for Gareth's safety so she sent him away. Her stubborn wolf wasn't going to listen to her, he was going to protect her from the enemy. They both tried to kill him but he was much stronger and smarter.

The forbidden love between a vampire and a werewolf.

A very fun story with two strong characters. Helen is a very skilled and powerful vampire who is afraid of intimacy. Gareth is an alpha werewolf who couldn't handle being in a pack. From the beginning the attraction between them was strong but none of them wanted to admit or act on that. As the days passed they couldn't deny it anymore. Gareth showed her how it is to be loved and cared for something she had never felt.
