Review: Hundreds (Dollar #3) by Pepper Winters

“I'm done hurting her. She's been hurt enough. It's time I set her free...”

“I'm done hurting her. She's been hurt enough. It's time I set her free...”

Once upon a time, I wished to go home and forget.
Now, I’m strong and ready to fight.
Seduced and claimed, Elder no longer just demands my voice, he commands me to be a thief like him.
I refuse.
But he offers me things I shouldn’t want, favours I should run from.
In return for his protection, I’m ordered to steal enough pennies and dollars to buy back my freedom.
Only, we both aren’t prepared for how he changes me, evolves me.
And now it’s my turn to learn about him...

                                                              My opinion:
Pimlico was still healing after everything that had happened to her. She had warmed up to Elder enough that she trusted him. When Elder realized that it was difficult for him to control himself around her, he decided to set her free.  Pimlico didn't like that idea, she felt that he could help her be the girl she was in the past, so they made a new deal. In exchange for her name and her memories, she could stay with him until she paid him back. Pimlico asked him about his past, he was afraid that if she knew about it, she would run. He was surprised that she didn't, and more so that she admitted that she wanted him they way he did. His lust for her was growing each day and since he didn't want to hurt her, he taught her how to own her body. For the first time in her life Pimlico felt what true love is, she was happy and hopeful that she would have a future with him. But his inner demons crushed all her hopes for one more time.

It is less dark than the previous books, it contains more love and lust scenes.  It concentrates more on how they evolve as lovers, how much Pimlico has changed and also we learn about Elder's past. I loved seeing her so emotionally strong and how she tried to help him. There were some very intense moments between them. So far this is my favorite book of the series. I will rate it with 5 stars not only because I liked it but also it doesn't leave you with a cliffhanger it has a nice ending.
