Review: Malik: Desert Sheikh Romance by Marian Tee

                                                             Description:
They met fourteen years ago. She was a seven-year-old girl. He was a seventeen-year-old sheikh. They were not related by blood, and yet a twist of fate had them living as brother and sister.

Most people waited a lifetime to find the one meant for them – and they were the lucky ones. But then there were the others, people who never had to wait, people who had just known, soulmates who had found their way to each other before destiny could make up its mind about them---

Just because you knew someone was meant for you didn’t make that person yours.

                                                              My opinion:
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review

Kyria's family were friends with the royal family of Ramil. So when her parents died they became her legal guardians. They took care of her like she was their own. Kyria and Malik had a special bond from a young age, so his parents realized that one day this was going to be something more than sibling love. A few years later Malik's feelings had changed from brotherly to romantic, but Kyria was still too young to understand. As they were growing up and she was turning into a beautiful woman, it was hard for him to keep a distance from her. The fact that she wasn't sure about her feelings was slowly killing him. At her twenty years old, after an intense encounter between them, she finally admitted her feelings. The Sheikh and his little "sister" were finally on the same page and ready to begin their new life together.

It's a very sweet and romantic taboo story about soulmates. The description of their love story begins since they were both young and goes through their adulthood as well. It mostly is fun but there are some dramatic moments as well. The fourth part has a lot of erotic scenes. We see all of the characters from the first book, my favorite one was the Queen, she was so "weird". Even though this book is a part of a series it doesn't have many in common with the previous one and i really appreciate it. It is not fun to read the same plot. I liked it a lot, very enjoyable book, I will rate it with 4 stars.
