Isla Bouchard had joined Heart’s Match as a mail-order bride, she wanted a loveless marriage so she could never get hurt again. Sean Northwood wanted a bride just for the holidays. The two of them were matched and going to meet at Aspen. While Sean was enthralled by her beauty and mind, Isla was surprised and doubtful about this whole marriage thing. From the very first time, he knew she was the perfect woman for him so he decided to use his charm and his skills to keep her by his side. Sean's one stupid mistake drove her away. It might have taken a lot of time to realize his feelings but nothing could stop him from marrying the woman who owned his heart.
I fell in love with this story. For the most part is entertaining and romantic with fun banters and a lot of sexual innuendos. It gets a bit dramatic towards the end but it doesn't last long. I found the characters very interesting: she's a strong-willed dynamic woman who's also quite innocent and goodhearted. He's the dark and handsome heartbreaker billionaire. Together they made an exquisite couple since they brought out a hidden fun side of each other. My favorite part was when he defended her. It's a great holiday book and i will rate it with 5 stars.
