My opinion:
Chase was a wealthy man with dark desires. He wanted to test how far he could go, so he bought a girl at an auction, her name was Syrena. She was a very innocent tortured blind girl and she was perfect for his plan. When he realized that he couldn't hurt her, Chase decided to keep her, he believed that she could make him a better man. He was falling in love with her and he was willing to do anything to make her happy. Syrena started to develop feelings for him as well but when she learned the truth she left him. They say "when you love something let it go, if it was meant to be, it will come back to you". That's what Chase did but he was sure that she would never come back, at least that's what he thought...
Another beautiful dark romance from Clarissa Wild. A dark and twisted story with a happy ending. The storyline is captivating, with the killer who serves justice and the blind girl who is his savior. It contains many intense, wild erotic scenes and some other graphic violent ones. It doesn't leave any unanswered questions, we learn about their past and how they were connected, also there is a glimpse of another book. I liked it a lot, especially the end, I found it very creative. I will rate it with 4,5 stars.
