Review: Tempting Navid (The Hawke Fortune Book 5) by Victoria Pinder

                                                                 Description:
One Bad Boy with a past. One sweet woman desperately in need of a job. Neither expected the explosive chemistry between them or knew how to control it.
At eighteen-years-old, Navid made a mistake. Years of regret and missed opportunities finally come full circle when he discovers disturbing details about the man he once called a friend and the family he never reconciled with. Now, he must protect his half siblings, even if that means going up against a former ally.
Elle Bentley was left in a bind when her family was jailed for shameless deeds. Now, she’s left with no money and no marketable skills to help her get by. When a friend mentions that her half-brother is looking for a live-in nanny, the choice is easy – accept the job and live relatively worry-free. But soon that seemingly simple job becomes more and more complicated because her new boss is hard to resist and even more difficult to not fall in love with.
Neither of them asked for love, but their sorted pasts, undeniable desire, and current circumstances quickly lead them in that direction. Could there be a happily-ever-after in their future?

                                                                My opinion:
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review

Elle Bentley was broke and in serious need of a job. Her friend Scarlett suggested her a temporary solution as a nanny for her half - brother's kid. She managed to land the job, so for a while, she would have money and a place to stay. There was also an instant attraction between her and Navid, that quickly turned into something more. The threats towards his family made him reluctant to let her into his life. Soon he realized that Elle was the only woman who made him and his daughter truly happy.

A quite eventful romance. Lust, love and threats, all of these combined created a beautiful story. An Iranian immigrant, an American "princess" and a smart adorable little girl are the main characters of the book. Navid was a man with fears and regrets, Elle was a sweet woman full of love and Margo was the one that kept them together.  My favorite part was the family gatherings and how they talked about their culture. The storyline evolved quickly but it gave all the necessities so it doesn't lack in anything. I enjoyed reading it and I will rate it with 4,5 stars.
