Review: Who by Megan Mitcham

                                                                 Description:
A billionaire in high heels. A relentless stalker. A chance rooftop meeting. Her choices could send everything crashing down.

Billionaire Larkin Ashford is fiercely independent, but even she has to admit her fashion empire was built on the backs of brides. When her company has the opportunity to go public, her board of directors won’t pull the trigger unless she settles down. A series of threatening messages aren’t making her decision any easier. As she retreats to her rooftop hideaway to clear her head, she finds herself imprisoned in the strong arms of a mysterious man who thinks she was about to jump.

Despite her friends’ warnings that her wannabe savior could be her stalker, she can’t get his body off her mind. Determined to find the truth, she searches the city for her mystery man and discovers a dark secret that could bring everything she’s worked for crashing down. With her empire in danger, she’ll have to uncover the truth before her fortune and her life zero out.

Who is the first standalone novel in a pulse-pounding psychological thriller series. If you like headstrong women, steamy chemistry, and twists you won’t see coming, then you’ll love Megan Mitcham’s high-rise romantic thriller.

                                                             My opinion:
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review

After many years of nonstop work, Larkin Ashford was close to making her dream come true. Her company was going to go public with her new app. Unfortunately, a backward old man and a technical glitch were threatening to ruin her plans. And that wasn't her only problem, new threats were coming more often and more dangerous. Her only escape was her safe place and the new mysterious man who for some strange reason made her feel safe. At some point, Larkin thought that everything was under control but she was wrong. When she faced a life or death situation she realized who were the people who truly loved and cared for her. It was time for a new beginning...

"Who" is a psychological thriller. It contains so much suspense, angst, and action. The plot is so captivating, mysterious and confusing at times. It has a lot going on at the same time such as Larkin's company, the threats, and her love life, that's why it was hard at times to keep up. It's from those stories that when you think that you have it figured out it throws you off with a twist. It concentrates on the present time, it doesn't give much information about the past. Now about the characters: most of them are strong independent women with careers, completely different from each other. Again we don't have much information about them.  It is well written and you feel like you're watching a movie. In general is a very good book that you're gonna have a hard time putting in down. I liked it a lot and I will rate it with 4,5 stars.
