My opinion:
Garret Hollis had a kid when he was a teenager. He raised her with his best friend Devlyn Drake and the whole town. Mia finished high school and was ready for college. She was worried that her dad was gonna be single for the rest of his life so she decided to find him a woman. Garret didn't believe in love anymore, he thought it was too hard. But one night changed that. He had finally noticed the one girl who was in love with him for years. They started secretly dating and waited for the right moment to let Mia know. But that moment never came because someone's arrival changed everything. Devlyn couldn't lose the man she loved for a second time so she listened to her mother's advice and was ready to move. For the first time in his life, Garret realized that he truly loved her and wasn't going to let her go.
All my Life is a standalone very emotional single-dad romance. It's well written. We see both Garret's and Devlyn's POV. The story is told in present time but has a lot of flashbacks that give a better explanation to what is happening. Except for the emotional part it also has some very sweet and sexy moments. I loved the characters, they are like people next door so it's easy to connect with them. My favorite part was the epilogue. I cried my eyes out with the last few chapters but it was totally worth it. I will rate it with 5 stars.
