Description:
"I'm sorry," Pippi said finally, "but I don't think I'm your type, and it would hurt me to see you bored with my company after just a few minutes."
As Pippilotta "Pippi" Jones considered herself allergic to rich, handsome men, finding out that she was required by her work to visit Greek billionaire Acheron Simonides in his home was Pippi's worst dream come true.
But since an order was an order...
Acheron had never been attracted to the shy, sensible sort, but the way the woman so valiantly did her best to resist him resulted in making Ms. Jones the sole exception to the rule. Even so, the billionaire believed it was only a matter of time and skillful negotiation before he could make the little blusher his.
Or so he thought.
My opinion:
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
Acheron Simonides was a famous billionaire, he could have any woman he wanted anytime. Pippilotta Jones considered herself allergic to rich men because of the Jones' curse. Pippilotta was working as an assistant at his company. Their first meeting was eventful. Acheron was intrigued by her and wanted to get to know her better. Even though she lusted after him she knew it was a bad idea to have an affair with him. Even though Acheron realized that she was right he couldn't stay away from her. He was ready to do everything in his power to have her by his side and this time Pipi wouldn't be able to resist. He succeeded, he convinced her to give them a chance and for a while, their relationship was progressing just fine. But a person from his past threatened to destroy everything. Just in time, Acheron saw that he was going to lose the only person who mattered to him, so he took the biggest risk in his life.
Acheron's woman is a delightful, fun, scorching hot romance. It's well written, with a good plot and great characters. Acheron Simonides is the alpha male, dark and dangerous. Pippilotta Jones is a little shy mouse, always quiet. She cared about her family and her job. The romance was built gradually even though the lust was there since the beginning. A little drama made an appearance towards the end that escalated things and showed another side of the characters. My favorite scene was his last attempt to take her back. I loved this book and I will rate it with 5 stars.
{P.S. Marian Tee made a great come back with this one}

My favorite lines:
1)Would you like some sausages, dear - or have you already had your fill?"
"Oh my God, MOM!"
2)"And by the way, you're the ones who smell. You all smell like women whose vaginas haven't seen a dick since World War II!"
