Ashley Romero has been cleaning his family’s estates for over a year, but now that she has money in her account and the ability to do whatever she wants, there is only one thing on her list. Matt Morgan is determined to win a series lead role, finish is current movie and create a legend for himself that’s nothing like his last name. He didn’t even know he was a Morgan until after his father died, but he’s always had the audience in his grip. But his agent tells him he needs to date a normal woman, not a model, if he wants to win the part of a lifetime. So when his family maid walks in, he develops the perfect plan.
Ashley never expected to get embroiled in Matt’s life. She assumed she’d end the day at a hotel, alone, not in his house as his pretend girlfriend. And somehow her dreams are getting lost in her desire to help Matt, but at some point that has to end.

Ashley Romero had been in love with Matthew Morgan for a long time. She decided it was time to chase her dreams, she asked her cousin Jennifer to hire her so she could be close to him. Matthew had to find a normal girl to date in order to land a big role. Their accidental meeting was like a miracle to him. He told her his situation and asked her to help him, she gladly accepted since it could benefit her as well. Their fake relationship was easy at first but soon it became complicated because of their real feelings, Matthew's issues, and Jeniffer's plotting. In the end, love conquered and they had a chance at their happily
ever after.
Secret Mistress is the fifteenth book of House of Morgan series. This one is about the movie star Matthew Morgan and Ashley Romero, a former maid. Just like the previous books it has its romantic and dramatic moments with the romance being fast-paced and the drama being minimum. The plot was nice and easy to follow with a few twists. The characters were fine with many similarities to the previous ones. It is a quite enjoyable read and I will rate it
with 3.8 stars.
