Stay (Blackcreek #2) by Riley Hart

                                                                    Description:
Wes Jensen just lost the sister who raised him, and gained custody of his niece. The last thing he needs to add to his full plate is dealing with Braden Roth, the one-night-stand who continues to try to push his way into Wes’s life. He has a kid to raise now, and Wes isn't great at getting close anyway.

Braden has never had a woman or a man sneak out on him the morning after. From the start, Wes intrigues him, and Braden isn't one to deny himself something he wants. And he wants Wes. The more time he spends with Wes and the little girl who constantly keeps them on their toes, the more Braden realizes this isn't just about getting the guy who walked away.

As their lives intertwine more and more, Wes discovers Braden isn't as shallow as he thought. But after everything Wes lost in his life, he isn't sure he can risk his heart, and truly want Braden to stay—and if he did, would Wes’s quiet life be enough for Braden?

                                        My opinion:
This is the second book of the Blackcreek series. It's about Wes and Branden, we already have met them in the first book.

Branden and Wes had slept together one time and Wes snuck out on him, but Branden stuck around hoping for a minute alone with him.Wes lost his sister and he had to raise his 4 year old niece by himself so he didn't need anyone else. He had no idea on how to raise a kid but he was doing a good job even if he didn't realise it. Wes was a prick towards Branden but yet he was there for him when he needed someone. They agreed to stay friends, each of them for different reasons. Wes finally gave in and enjoyed many pleasurable moments with Branden. They three of them, Wes Jessie and Branden, were having so much fun when they were together, the little girl loved them both. After a long time Wes was opening himself to another person and letting him be a part of his life.It took him a while to accept the feelings he had for this man and a nudge from his sister to take the risk to try to have his own family.

Such a sweet but also sad story. There's pain, love and happiness. We get to see Noah and Cooper a little but mostly the story is about Wes and Branden. The first struggles with new responsibility he has, to raise his little niece, and the second one realises that for the fist time in his life he wants to settle down and have a relationship. They both are great guys but they're different, Wes is closed to himself whereas Branden loves to have fun and being around people. They got one thing in common, they both put their friends and families' needs before theirs. I loved little Jessie, that little ball of energie
was so adorable...

Can't wait for Mason's story i'm sure it'll be as good as these two books.

My favourite lines:
1)Cooper winked. “It was my plan all along. Was just looking out for ya, man. Helping you get laid,
since you obviously can’t do it on your own.”
“Well played, you bastard.” Braden chuckled.

2)“You flirt and try to fuck all your friends?”
    “Nope. Just you.”

3)“I didn’t notice this before.” He fingered the phoenix tattoo on Braden’s upper back. “I like it.”
“Admire it later. You want my ass, remember?”

4)“Asshole.”
    “You’re just figuring that out?”

5)A happy spouse makes a happy house’ better.”

6) “Hey. I was looking at your ass. What’d you cover it up for?”
