My opinion:
Mina was a homeless girl who was starved. She needed food and at this point she would do anything for it. Her last chance was to steal, but she wasn't that lucky since she was caught by Lev Leokov. She was surprised when he gave her a choice instead of just calling the police. Lev felt very protective of her, so he offered her a job and a place to stay for a while. She was very grateful for everything he'd given her but she couldn't understand why he was so kind with her. A few weeks later Mina had learned how to do the job right and was earning alot of money. She was still living with Lev and she became friends with his sister Nas. It felt like she had a family again, soon she realised that she had fallen in love with Lev. One night while she was getting ready to go home, someone came in the club and brought her some incredible news. Mina already had a family, she was so excited that she would get to meet them. Unfortunately one of them wasn't so happy to meet her and he made it pretty obvious. But that changed soon, since Mina was the sweetest and kindest person in the world. Mina's life had changed in only a few months. She was homeless, starved and alone but now she is living happy with her big family, friends and with a unique man who loves her to death. Life was good for her again. What you give is what you recieve after all.
This unique romantic story will melt your heart. I have never read about a character like Mina: she's so nice, kind, selfless. After everything she's been through in the last 7 years she was still being positive, ready to forgive those who treated her badly. Lev was very different from others. He seemed very intimidating at first but with those who cared he was very protective. He trusted his instict and helped whoever he thought that needed it. To me this story wasn't just a light sweet read, but i feel like it has a deeper meaning, which i hope people will understand and carry out in their daily lives.
