                                                                Description:
A prominent figure amongst New York City’s fashion elite, Elena Vega is a successful businesswoman and single mother to an adorable three-year-old son, Lucas. Her love life, however, is lacking, as those closest to her keep pointing out.
At the persistent urging of her closest friend, Elena reluctantly agrees to a string of blind dates if she can find a suitable babysitter for Lucas.
Enter Allison Sawyer, a free-spirited senior at New York University.
Elena is intrigued by Allison’s ability to push her out of her element, and the young woman’s instant and easy connection with a normally shy Lucas quickly earns Allison the job.
After each blind date, Elena returns home to complain to Allison about her lacking suitors. As they bond, Elena begins to realize that the person possessing all the qualities she most desires might just be the woman who has been in front of her the entire time.
The vast difference between the two women’s social statuses, however, may be an obstacle not easily overcome.

                                                                     My opinion:
Elena was a single mom who hadn't dated in a long time and she was ok with that. But her friend Vivian disagreed, that's why she tried to convince her to start dating again. She thought about it and agreed but with a couple conditions, one of them was that she needed an excellent babysitter for her son. Soon her friend found her one, Allison. She was perfect for the job, very friendly, she loved kids and Lucas liked her alot. Elena's first date was a disaster but she hoped that the next would be better. Her next date was even worst but at least she spend time with Allison after that, which made her relax. She was really enjoying her company. Vivan had noticed that her friend liked Allison alot and thought that she could help her a little to realise it. And it actually worked, Elena figured out that she was falling for the babysitter. Then she took the brave decision to show her her true feelings. That led them to their best relationship of their lives. They both loved each other alot, they won each others friends and families. Allison's insecurities were causing them a bit of a problem. But Elena's reassurance of love made it clear that what the world thought didn't matter at all. After all these years Allison had found a real loving family.

It's a very beautiful romantic story with alot of hillarious moments. Two totaly different women who completed each other. Allison was a poor orphan girl who never had a family. She had a very good friend who protected her and loved her very much. She had a big heart, was kind and funny. Elena was a rich successful businesswoman. Very prim and proper who didn't know how to let herself free. That changed after Allison came around. The chemistry between them was very obvious from the begining and later their love was intense.

My favorite lines:

1)“Because I am incredible. Anyway, my point was—”
  “Oh, you had a point?”

2)“I can hear you, dear,” Elena sing-songed from a few feet in front of the two of them.
“Congratulations, babe. Your ears are functioning.”

3)“Notice! What do you mean notice? I didn’t notice the toupee; it noticed me. The damned thing was flapping around in the breeze and waving at us, Elena! He apparently forgot to extract the animal before he pasted its hide to his head, because I’m pretty sure that thing was still alive.”
