My opinion:
Bartock was a town where humans could be safe from werewolves. Every year Mika was visiting her uncle there. One night Mika decided to go out and she was drugged in an alley by four drunken werewolves. She was so scared, she tried to get rid of them, without success. One of them was going to rape her but that moment another werewolf appeared, and he saved her life. Soon enough he asked her to pay him back with a sexual favor. Mika felt she was in his debt, so she did what he asked. The next day her uncle assigned her a guard for as long as the mating season would last. She wasn't happy about this, but she knew he was worried about her. Her guard happened to be the guy who saved her life the night before. Mika was going crazy trapped in her house with Grady barely talking to her. For one more time, she decided to go out at night, and the results weren't the best. Grady had to bite her so he can save her life (again). So for the next two weeks, and with her uncle's blessings, she was his to take. Mika was falling for him but Grady wanted to mate with a wolf and that was hurting her feelings. When he accidentally bit her while having sex he lost it. Disappeared for hours, she was very anxious since she didn't know what to do. When she found him, what she saw made her wanna fled. Grady was trying to talk and explain, but she didn't want to listen to him anymore. Then with his brother's help, he found the perfect opportunity to tell her how he really felt and finally claimed her as his mate.
I absolutely loved this book. A super sexy love story between a human and a half human half werewolf. There was such an intense sexual tension between Mika and Grady, and many scenes with raw sex. Mika was an independent woman who wasn't afraid to speak her mind and go after what she wanted. Grady's life wasn't an easy one since he was dumped by his mother and grew up in foster families. They hit it off by the moment they met but tried to stay away from each other, which was a real struggle and a failure. But all the pain and the agony they endured was worth it for such a beautiful end.
