My opinion:
Miles first saw Mallory in a competition when he was 22 and she was 17. Since that day he made a plan to get her to come to him. A few years later, Mallory landed on of the three internships in Osbourne Corp. The week before she starts her new job she went out with her best friend and she met a handsome man that made her knees weak. They started talking via phone and met "accidentally" a few times. They were moving fast, from strangers they became a couple in only one week. A few days later her best friend who was also working in the same company started acting weird. The next day she found out the truth and it broke her heart. Her whole adult life was an illusion and he wasn't going to let her get away even if she wanted to. Miles managed to get her to listen to his apology and she forgave him. They were working on their relationship again, even though his caveman acts were a big problem to her. Even after everything that they have been through their love became so much stronger. His plans worked, after all, he got the girl he wanted.
It's one of the craziest romance novels I have ever read. Quite an interesting storyline with so much passion and many erotic scenes. Many secrets and a dark past. Mallory is a very hard-working girl who wanted to succeed in life and she managed to do just that. She was appeared to be an innocent sweet girl, very stubborn and smart. Now Miles was a multidimensional character. At first, he appeared as a very good stalker, the very crazy and obsessed kind. If you decide to see it from a romantic point of view, you can see him as an alpha male, devoted lover, a kind man and a giving person. He was also very stubborn and he could do anything he would set his mind on. I chose to see it as a fun romance novel and I have to say that I really liked it. His possessiveness and their little banters were my favourite moments.
