Twenty One by Clarissa Wild

                                                      Description:
21 years
On her 21st birthday she’s taken. Collected by a rich family as an unpaid debt. Her body sold. Her mind his.

21 weeks
For 21 weeks she carried a burden no girl should ever have to carry. Now she loses her freedom to a man born to destroy her.

21 days
His name: Angel DeLuca. His mission: To break her in 21 days before she sees through his lies. But she won’t give up without a fight.

21 minutes
It takes only 21 minutes for their lives to be forever entwined.

21 seconds
21 seconds to spill. Time is running out.

Secrets ruin them … but not all truths are worth the price.

                                        My opinion:

Angel, a killing machine, born and raised to protect the Cosa Nostra. Sky, an ordinary girl who was trying to save her family by keeping a secret. In her twenty-one birthday, their paths collide. Angel had twenty-one days to break her and find out her secret, a secret she was willing to take to her grave. It was hard to break something it was already broken, it became much harder when he found out who she was.

His dad wanted her dead, he wanted her safe, and he would do anything to save her from him. She could handle all the pain and the pleasure but when she saw the love of her life dying she finally broke. The only thing left was for them to escape that hellhole.

It's twenty-one shades of fucked up, seriously. This book contains abduction, torturing, sex as a punishment, fighting, escaping, killing and a few bits and pieces of lust and romance. I'm not a big fan of the dark novels but this one has a quite interesting plot.

Now about the characters: Angel was born and raised as a monster but he also had a conscience and a heart. His love for that girl made him more human and brave. Sky was a very innocent girl who had to grow up in one year. She was very smart and determined. If you like dark and twisted stories you're gonna love this one.
