Review: Inferno by Scarlet Blackwell

                                                                Description:
In Inferno, passion burns hotter than hell…

After the murder of a notorious rent boy in the relatively new gay nightclub Inferno, Moonlight Cove cop Zack Stewart and his partner Claire Keaton are presented with a bewildering array of suspects, all with links to the dead man.

Zack's chief suspect is arrogant club owner Dante Jardine, a man not so easy to unravel, and even more difficult to pin down. Soon the cops are knee-deep in bodies and Zack's priorities become more muddled the longer he is around Dante.

When his professional and personal lives begin to merge, Zack finds himself walking a dangerous road between being a good cop and giving in to his growing desire…

                                        My opinion:
Detective Zack Stewart was investigating a male escort's (Corey) death in a gay club, Inferno. There he met the owner of the club Dante Jardine a man with a satanically handsome face. Zack and Dante didn't get along very well from the begining. Zack was attracted by Danted and he was furious about it.He thought that the owner was the killer and was trying his best
to prove it.They searched every person that Corey knew and had a motive for killing him but they weren't so lucky.Zack often had some fantasies that included Dante, he wanted him badly. Another murder happened in the Inferno and the clues lead to only one person. That day Zack's lust took over and he had sex with Dante, the best fuck of his life.Zack made some mistakes
that could cost his carreer.
Zack loved Dante, he knew that Dante wanted him too and he was determined to have something more than just sex. After many efforts he managed to have a date with him. Things with Dante were always hot and cold, the one moment he was sweet and seemed that he cared and the next was very cruel especially with himself. But Zack wasn't a man who gave up easily ...

It's a mix of action/crime and romance. Lot's of passionate love/hate sex between two hot men. In the most part of the story Dante pretended to be a cold bastard but he was actually a softy and he had feelings for Zack even though he was afraid to show it. One of my favourite innocent scenes was the pinky swear, it was so cute. They are the perfect couple.

My favourite lines:
Dante mouthed his throat. "No one's ever made me feel like you do, Zack," he murmured. "Just
so you know."
"Are you saying this because you're drunk?" Zack asked with his heart flailing in his chest and
waves slapping his shoulders.
"Yes," said Dante. "In the morning I'll deny everything.
    "Bastard."
    "That's me. Let's go."
