Pursuit by Lynda Chance

Logan Crenshaw is doing just fine until a chance meeting with Lauren Jacobs sends his libido into a tailspin. When she turns down his offer of a date, his hunting instincts go on high alert and a predatory urge he never knew existed explodes within him.

Lauren Jacob's life is perfectly predictable until she meets Logan Crenshaw, a man who won't take 'no' for an answer. Logan is more rampaging beast than normal man and Lauren finds herself the prey he wants to plunder. Being the target of his sexual quest is more than exciting, but when it's over, will she be safe in his care or just the prize after his merciless pursuit?

                                                         My opinion:
Logan met a beautiful woman at a cafe, he knew he shouldn't talk to her that time so he was going to study her first and then he'd make his move. He approached her they talked and she blew him off. Logan wasn't giving up, he'd have the beautiful Lauren. He met her again in the same coffee shop. They set a dinner date. They dated, they slept together but they weren't gonna stop anytime soon, they were addicted to each other. Logan was intense and had no problem admitting
that he wanted to be with her but Lauren was worried that this wouldn't work out since he was too much alpha. Their relationship became too serious very  soon. He might goes completely territorial but he loves her and she loves him too.

It was a nice story about a love at first sight. The two main characters are different and that's why they match so good. Logan is the big alpha and Lauren is a sweet young woman. In this story the man knows what he wants and needs but the woman is afraid of her real feelings. It's a very good and light book, perfect for a bed time reading.

My favourite lines:
1)"What are you expecting me to say here, Lauren? Me, Tarzan . . . you Jane?"

2)Because that was just fifty shades of bullshit.

3)Son of a bitch. She'd just released the Kraken.
