Play (A Stage Dive book #2) by Kylie Scott

Mal Ericson, drummer for the world famous rock band Stage Dive, needs to clean up his image fast—at least for a little while. Having a good girl on his arm should do the job just fine. Mal doesn’t plan on this temporary fix becoming permanent, but he didn’t count on finding the one right girl.
Anne Rollins never thought she’d ever meet the rock god who plastered her teenage bedroom walls—especially not under these circumstances. Anne has money problems. Big ones. But being paid to play the pretend girlfriend to a wild life-of-the-party drummer couldn’t end well. No matter how hot he is. Or could it?

                                           My opinion:
Anne had money problems since her friend bailed on her and never gave her the money she lend her. She was sad and Lauren, her neighbour, invited her to Ev's
party. She went and there she met Mal, the drummer of the band. Mal loved to tease her, he was funny and made everyone laugh that night. When he was drunk and partied he said a few things, Anne thought he was joking. The next day she realised he wasn't, he moved in with her cause now she was his girlfriend, Anne had no idea how that happened. Later he made a "business proposal" to her, he'd pay her to be his girlfriend. She needed the money so she accepted. There was a big problem, Mal was acting very weird and he refused to talk about it. While being in this fake relationship Anne saw many sides of Mal. He was confusing her, one moment he was acting like a man in love the next like she meant nothing to him. They had some good moments but Mal wasn't so good when shit happened, he bailed on her too many times. It was hard for them being together like that since none of them had any experience in that field. But they did love each other and they both tried hard to succeed.

Such a sweet story... The Stage Dive series is wonderful so far. Very romantic, funny and sexy. I'm glad we got to know Mal's character, he was my favourite
in the first book. Always the funny guy who made everyone laugh, i hated watch him being sad. Anne was a very responsible and caring person, she was also

the one who fought for their relationship the most. Ev changed alot, in a good way, she was more confident now.

My favourite lines:
1)“Maybe for you,” Mal scoffed. “I just call out my own name during sex.”

2)“Yeah. He’s kind of like a puppy on steroids. Doesn’t know his own strength.”

3)What I need is a respectable long-term-looking relationship. We start
fucking and you’ll be all ‘Oh Mal, I never dreamed such ecstasy was possible. I cannot live without you! Fuck me, Mal. Pleeeeease.’”

4)Sometimes the temptation to hit him was so huge.

5)   “Oh, you feel like fucking?”
“Well, yeah. I’m not used to going more than a day or two. It’s making me antsy.” He did a little jig on the spot to demonstrate. “I don’t like it. C’mon, Anne. Help a friend out. It’ll be good.”
“Hands down, that’s the most romantic thing I’ve ever heard. I can pretty much feel my legs just falling wide open for you right now.”

6)“You can be confused later. But come on my face now, please?”

7)“Hello, Anne’s clitoris. It’s me, Malcolm, your lord and
“Oh, god, no.” I covered my face with my hands. “Please don’t.”
“Shh. This is a private conversation.” He brushed hot, feverish kisses up and down the lips of my sex. My stomach tensed so hard it hurt. “Look at you all pretty, pink, and excited. Don’t worry, I’ll look after you.”

8)“About the time you’re waving a toilet brush around exclaiming about the beauty of your bowl, it’s probably time to stop and rethink your life.”

Lick (A Stage Dive Novel Book #1) by Kylie Scott

Waking up in Vegas was never meant to be like this.
Evelyn Thomas's plans for celebrating her twenty-first birthday in Las Vegas were big. Huge. But she sure never meant to wake up on the bathroom floor with a hangover to rival the black plague, a very attractive half-naked tattooed man in her room, and a diamond on her finger large enough to scare King Kong. Now if she could just remember how it all happened.

One thing is certain, being married to one of the hottest rock stars on the planet is sure to be a wild ride.

                      My opinion:
Evelyn was in Las Vegas to celebrate her 21st birthday, she was dancing and having fun. The next morning she woke up on a bathroom feeling like crap, and
she wasn't alone. And that wasn't the worst, she woke up married to a hot rock star but she couldn't remember a thing. She tried to keep it a secret but
the paparazzi found out.The world gone crazy with the news and staying at her home was difficult, So David sent a man to bring her to him. Being in his
house turned to be hell for her, but Mal a member of the Stage Dive was very friend towards her and was willing to help her. David was hurt because Ev
rejected him and couldn't  remember anything. He took her to his house, they stayed there for a while and got to know each other they both decided to give
it another chance and stay married. They had some very good moments there but when they came back to LA shit happened again. Ev didn't keep her promise to him and left him. David loved her and was determined to find her and earn her back. He was going to fight for his one true love.

This is such a beautiful and romantic story. It was like a love at first sight. All the characters are unique and amazing. My favourite was Mal.
So about the story, Ev and  David meet in Las Vegas they talked, got drunk and got married. After that they had their bad and good moments. He fucked
up by lying and keeping secrets. But he also tried hard to fix it. They changed each other in a good way, when he was with her he felt normal, Ev
was able to find out what she really wanted to do with her life because of him. One thing i loved about Evelyn was that she talked without thinking,

it was fun.

My favourite lines:
1)   “Who are you, Oprah?”
Coughing out a laugh, Mal slumped against the wall. “Hell, yeah. Soon I’m gonna be giving out cars, so stick around.”
   “What did she say?”
   “Who, Oprah?”

2)“This is friendly. You should probably stop feeling my ass, though, or I’m gonna get the wrong idea about us. Especially after that kiss in the car.”

3)   I was going to kill him. Slowly. Strangle him with the overpriced thong. A fitting death for a rock star.

Nine minutes (Nine Minutes #1) by Beth Flynn

On May 15, 1975, fifteen-year-old Ginny Lemon is abducted from a convenience store in Fort Lauderdale by a member of one of the most notorious and brutal motorcycle gangs in South Florida.

From that moment on, her life is forever changed. She gets a new name, a new identity and a new life in the midst of the gang’s base on the edge of the Florida Everglades—a frightening, rough and violent world much like the swamps themselves, where everyone has an alias and loyalty is tantamount to survival.

And at the center of it all is the gang’s leader, Grizz: massive, ruggedly handsome, terrifying and somehow, when it comes to Ginny, tender. She becomes his obsession and the one true love of his life.

So begins a tale of emotional obsession and manipulation, of a young woman ripped from everything she knows and forced to lean on the one person who provides attention, affection and care: her captor. Precocious and intelligent, but still very much a teenager, Ginny struggles to adapt to her existence, initially fighting and then coming to terms with her captivity.

Will she be rescued? Will she escape? Will she get out alive—or get out at all? Part psychological thriller, part coming-of-age novel, filled with mystery, romance and unexpected turns, Nine Minutes takes readers into the world of one motorcycle gang and inside the heart of a young girl, whose abduction brought about its fall.

                                                 My opinion:
May 5th 1975, the day that Gin's life would change forever. It started like every other normal day, then she met an older guy while she was reading, he seemed
interesting to her. When he offered her a ride home and she accepted was the moment she was abducted by him. When she realised what happened she was scared. The guy told her that soon she'd meet her new family. Gin was a thank you gift to a big bad biker, Grizz.Every single day Kit (Gin's new name) was looking  for a way to escape. One night she saw another side of Grizz, the big mean guy had feelings too. Many days later Kit learned that her abduction was planned by Grizz. If she was scared before now she was terrified. Kit was developing feelings for Grizz but after a while she knew that she was falling for
someone else, and that wasn't good for her or him. One good thing that happened to her while she was there was that she made a true friend,Sarah Jo. After a year being with Grizz she was getting used to that life, it was definitely better than the life with her parents.Being Grizz's wife had unwanted effects.
When her friend Moe died Kit started question everything. The only way for her to survive and be happy was to just stay away from everything, pretending that
some things never happened. And then the day came where everything changed,Grizz was in jail for abducting her.She tried to help him because she loved him. In the end Grizz decided and planned  what would happen to him.

Wow just wow... I don't think i'll ever forget this book. The most interesting plot i've ever read. It's a novel/psychological thriller with mystery and romance. No love scenes. It's intense, dark, sick, shocking and has many twists.
In this book we see a girl being abducted and how she falls in love with her captor and another man. This isn't a regular biker story, it doesn't show their
lifestyle just that they are dangerous people.  I was surprised by the development of the story and i would have never guessed the end. I was sad with Grizz's end, i loved seeing him with Gin, he was so happy with her and he loved her so much. Can't wait for the next book.

The Greek Billionaire and I by Marian Tee

When the powerful, sexy, and gorgeous Greek billionaire Mykolas Sallis finds a misplaced cellphone and reads its messages, he becomes intrigued with its owner, a woman who seems to possess the rare combination of beauty, wit, and lots of snappy comebacks.

13:15 How about going for a movie tomorrow night?

13:16 Thomas, you’re a good guy, so I’m going to tell you the truth once and for all.

13:17 What is it?

13:18 I’m a lesbian. I want your d*ck – but not for the reasons you’re hoping for.

When curvy 24-year-old schoolteacher Velvet Lambert speaks with the Greek billionaire the first time, she knows right away she’s out of her league. She does her snarky best to resist, but in the end she still finds herself saying ‘yes’ to a marriage of convenience, pretending she isn’t head over heels with him, and trying not to lose hope even if she knows Mykolas only sees her as a prized possession.

                                            My opinion:
Six years ago. Dotty's parents were junkies, at her 18 birthday there was a shoot out between her parents and their suppliers. She ended up spending the night at the hospital. They had do go to rehab and Dotty would have to live alone with no money. But there was a good doctor who was willing to help her.
Mykolas went to visit his sister and found a phone, he checked the messages and was intrigued by the owner of the phone. He took her number, called her
and proposed a bet. They started talking on the phone regularly and do things... Velvet lost the bet and she was going to meet with him. They met, made love
and then Mykolas made her the happiest girl on the earth and the next minute he crashed her heart. Velvet fell for him too soon but she had the hope that he'd
love her back eventually. They had a beautiful wedding but the next day Mykolas misunderstood something he found and ruined everything. When he realised his mistake he did anything he could to earn her back. He was lucky she loved him so much.

It's a sexy novel full of sex and love. Dotty aka Velvet was a strong person who had been through alot and hated to be weak. She fell for Mykolas but she
didn't want to admit it to him. Mykolas, the sexy and arrogant billionaire, loved her too but he was afraid to even admit it to himself. I never understood
why Mykolas asked her to marry him so soon. The plot isn't so nice and there is no explanation for the things that happening.

If you love good sex scenes this is your book.

My favourite lines:
1)“Two words, my soon-to-be-lover: opposites attract.”

2)And when I fuck you, I will fuck you so good you will wonder why you postponed our meeting for so long.”

3)“I only had to think of you and I got hard as fuck.”

Jason and Keanne by Marian Tee

Jason Christakos is a Greek god, a billionaire, but more than that he’s beautiful inside, someone who loves so fiercely and selflessly without expecting anything in return.

Jason is the man who saved me from self-destruction, the man who knows all my secrets, and now the man whose broken heart I ache to heal.

Jason does not see me as a woman, does not believe I can truly love him, and does not think he is capable of loving any other woman than the one he lost to his brother.

In an all-out bid to win his love, I accept Jason’s challenge. For him to give me a chance to own his heart, he demands that I do everything he wants, and what he wants is for me to realize that someone out there is better for me.

Too late I realize that Jason also thinks someone out there is better for him – but it is not me…and it might never be me.

                                            My opinion:
The first time Keanne met Jason it was at her house, he had come to help her with the problem she had. But first he told her what happened to him when he
was just a little boy. They became friends and he helped her to be strong. 4 years later: Keanne went to find him, it was her turn to help him. Jason was
hurting because Lilac was getting married with his brother, he loved her. Keanne was in love with Jason but she never told him. The next morning when he was still asleep she whispered that she loved him... and he heard that. He was so surprised it.Jason told her the reasons she shouldn't love him and she
was determined to prove him wrong. After his rejection she was avoiding him and that didn't sit well with him. When he found her again, she asked him to
give it a try and he agreed under one condition, she'd do everything he wanted. Even through that he was going to show her that there were better men
than him out there for her.Jason accidentaly had hurt her, now she couldn't trust him anymore, she didn't believe anything he said even if it was what she
was dying to hear the last four years. At the end Jason proved her that he indeed loved her.

It has an interesting storyline. In this book we see a girl who was in love with her friend for many years without him even knowing it. Because of him
she was now a strong young woman. Jason still thinks he's in love with hid brother's girlfriend which causes so much pain to Keanne. They have their
good and bad moments but in the end they both realise that they can't live without each other. Also in this story we see how much Jason loved Nick
and what sacrifices he did so his brother can have a happy life. I loved Keanee's character, she was so strong, lovely and determined to prove to him
how much she loved him and that she was the only woman for him. But Jason's characters in the most part pissed me off, he was such an idiot. It was alot

like Nick's story.

My favourite lines:
1)“I am Greek, ma petite. I can forgive, but I will never forget.”

2)“I don’t believe that, Jason. You’re my sun, and you

can only shine for me.”

Nick and Lilac by Marian Tee

I don't like men, don't like to talk, don't like to exist outside my books...and yet when Nick Christakos asked me to be his friend, I find myself saying yes, no matter what "friend" could mean to a Greek god like Nick.

Every girl in uni wants Nick because he's a gorgeous billionaire. They don't care that he's arrogant as hell and bed-hops like there's no tomorrow. But I do care. I should know better...and yet when he tells me he loves me, I find myself surrendering, no matter if my heart screams danger, telling me that this dark, dangerous, beautiful man can't ever be mine.

Nick knows me - the real me, the one who's afraid to stutter, the one who used to do the most sordid and humiliating things just to make a man love me. And I know him, the real Nick, the one who still hurts, the one who still thinks he's ugly and weak where it counts. We may be broken inside, but when we're together my fantasies become reality and his fears fade like a distant memory.

But then she comes along. Karla - his first love. When I look into Nick's eyes, I know. I may be the girl who's brought him back to life, but I'm not the girl who makes his heart beat.

                                             My opinion:
When Lilac was younger she was treated badly by her ex boyfriend and that traumatised her, she was going to a therapist so she can move on. Her therapist told her that one day she'll find a man who will truly love her. Nick was a billionaire heir, when he was sixteen something terrible happened to him but his ex girlfriend saved him, now the same girl abandoned him for another man and that hurt him. But his brother told him that she was not right for him and one
day he would find a girl who will love him as much as he deserves to be loved.Three years later: One day her friend Jilly introduced her to Nick, the famous playboy. Every girl wanted to be with him but when Lilac didn't respond to his looks made him crazy with need, he wanted to fuck this shy girl. It was like a challenge for him.She had a hard time trying to look unaffected by him.Nick knew that he shouldn't mess with a good girl like her but he couldn't stop himself. For some weird reason he asked her to be friends. Without even knowing they both helped each other.Nick needed her too much, but he didn't want to hurt her. Lilac knew the score between them and she was trying not to fall for him.Lilac met his friends and his twin brother, the last one liked her as much as his brother had and was going to make a move on her. Nick was too afraid to love again he thought that everyone was going to leave him, that cost him to lose the girl he truly loved.Would Lilac be able to forgive and believe him again?

I'm in love with this book. It's a sexy funny romance which has alot of love and pain in it.Most of the main characters are people who had something bad
happened to them by a close person they had.Lilac was the bravest of all of them.Nick was the one who couldn't move on, he was stuck in the past, thinking he still loved his ex girlfriend because she was the one that "saved" him. To me Jason was the kindest character who had a big heart.I liked the way Nick treated her,she was the only person who could make him calm and happy.Everyone loved Lilac and envied or wanted Nick.I'm going to re-read this many many times. :)

As a greek girl i love to read about greek alpha men in romance novels. Most authors when they write about a greek character they just mention that they
are from greece without saying a greek word and if they decide to do it they say a greeting which all the tourists learn when they come here. But i was very
happy when i saw the word <manari mou> in this book. It's something that we only use, i've never read that anywhere else and she didn't just use it once,
it was in almost every chapter.

My favourite lines:
1)And then he gave her his own kind of Cool Nod, one that had an arrogant You-Can’t-Intimidate-Me-With-Just-That flair only someone like Nick Christakos could carry off.

2)Greek gods could really be the worst thing to happen to women on earth

3)The way he gazed at her was criminal, and the way his smile sent butterflies flying inside her tummy like they were drunk was even more worrying.

4)“And if you keep wetting your lips like that,” he warned in a low growl, “I’ll forget I’m trying to play nice, take you to the nearest room we can be private, and let your body know who its master is.”

5)“That one finger is not fucking anything like my cock.
It’s too small while I’m too big, too long, too fucking hard…my cock would fill you completely until you can only think of me, only feel me.”

Word Play by Amalie Silver

Smut sells.

Michael Rourke learned this the hard way.

Struggling to make ends meet as a mystery writer, he sold his soul - and his pride - as he pedaled sex and lust writing under the pen name Christoph Strong.

No one knew he was the one behind the steamy stories on the bestsellers lists. And he planned to keep it that way.

Until he met her.

Monica Singer, an infamous blogger, is keen to discover the truth of his secret identity.

During a chance meeting at a book convention, Michael and Monica form an instant connection. And soon, an industry rivalry becomes something else entirely.

But as Michael starts to let his guard down, he doesn’t realize that the person he's learning to trust may be hiding secrets of her own.

Secrets that could ultimately destroy everything.

                                                          My opinion:
Michael liked to write mystery novels but those books didn't go so well so he had to write another genre if he wanted to pay his bills. He wrote a few that made him enough money but he wrote them under a different name. Now he was famous and wouldn't allow to anyone to know that he was Cristoph Strong. One photo of him leaked and everything changed.Michael was panicking but his agent was very excited that his sales were now doubled. He attented a book convention
in Houston and there he met the one blogger he despised the most,Monica. The hotel's mistake brought them in the same room, that's where they started to get to know each other a little better. Monica felt that Christoph was familiar to her, she was determined to find out how. She was smitten by him and craved a night with him. They slept together, she fell for him and then he disappeared. Funny thing is that Michael thought the same about Monica, that she left him. From something that she told him he knew that she wasn't the real Monica, but he could never have guessed who she really was.She was so scared of what would happen when he would find out the truth so the next time they met she left him. For a while Michael let his pride step in but eventually he realised how much
she meant to him.Their reunion was what exactly fits in two romance authors...

It's a nice and sweet romance novel. There are a few love scenes. The plot is quite nice not very exciting though. Michael was an author who loved to write mysteries but was an expert on writing romance, even if he didn't really like it. I have to say that i liked his character more after he was known to the public. Now for Monica or Lauren or... she was a nice character, abit troubled,we don't have many information about her but we know that she loves Michael. I was surprised when i found out who she really was, i was expecting this. My favourite part of the book is the last chapter and the epilogue.

The junior bridesmaid by Amy Baker

Sixteen-year-old Delilah Welling never understood why Darcy Strong despised her so much. Especially since their mothers had been friends for a lifetime. So when Delilah is asked to be The Junior Bridesmaid in Darcy's wedding, Delilah is understandably surprised and reluctant to say yes. Upon her mother's insistence, Delilah finally agrees determined to look at the bright side.

And there couldn’t be a brighter side than Hugh Rowen, a.k.a. the groom. Delilah has always been in love with Hugh and could never understand what a nice guy like Hugh was doing with a wench like Darcy.

Before the wedding, Delilah discovers that the bride-to-be is keeping a torrid secret. Fearful that she will hurt Hugh, she remains silent, going about her Junior Bridesmaid duties as planned.

All hell breaks loose during the wedding ceremony. Embarrassed and devastated, Delilah flees the wedding. But not before hurting the love of her life.

Twelve years later, Delilah is 28 and living a happy existence in New York. Until one day when she receives a message addressed to JUNIOR? Has Hugh hunted her down twelve years later to exact revenge or is he in New York for a different reason entirely? Either way, twelve years is a long time to wait to find out!

                                            My opinion:
Delilah was invited to be a junior bridesmaid in Darcy's wedding. It seemed strange to her since the two of them didn't like each other. The only good thing
for her was that she was going to see the groom, the handsome Hugh. But even that wasn't good enough, this wedding was a torture for her. One day Delilah
found out a secret that could destroy Darcy's wedding, and even though she didn't want to hurt Hugh, Darcy's evi; outburst made her do it. She felt awful but  she couldn't take back what she did. Twelve years later she received a note from him saying that he'd like to see her again. Next day she had another surprise, Hugh was going to work with the company she was working. He asked her to have dinner with him and it didn't turned out so good. So far Hugh was trying to have an intimate relationship with Delilah but she was running away because she was misreading everything that was happening. Her partner at work set her up so Delilah will never be with Hugh and her plan was working just fine. But the little angel of a friend she never knew she had corrected everything. After many many years Delilah was living happily with Hugh.

Such a romantic story. It's funny as well and has a bit of drama in it. It's a light read, a good bedtime story or for a nice evening read. Delilah was a
very good person, but boy she was a magnet for crazy women. She's been through alot in her life but eventually she had her happy ending in both her
personal life and her career. Hugh was a great guy who wasn't afraid of showing his feelings or talking about them, which made him unique. My favourite

character was Logan, he's not a main character but he was funny and amazing.

My favourite lines:
1)“Oh yeah, what are going to do? Call your best friend Elmo to come beat me up?”

2)Since Stacey hadn’t sat down she walked to the doorway and peeked her head outside where Logan sat. “Get me a cup of coffee.” Then she made the ‘psht’ sound with her mouth and said ‘over.’
The intercom crackled again. “Say, please.” Psht. “Over.”
Stacey’s head was still outside of the room. “No,” she answered speaking to him directly. Then she made the ‘psht’ sound again and said ‘over.’
“Bitch,” he stated through the microphone. Psht. “Over.”

3)So as much as I hated to admit it, maybe Stacey was right. There was definitely something wrong with Will.

4) “I am going to say this one time and one time only. Try to remove me from this apartment and I am going to shove that ridiculous hat so far up your ass that it just might come out of your mouth.”

Hugh Rowen could kiss away all of my problems.

The Rocker Who Shatters me (the rocker series #9) by Terri Anne Browning

A Bet…

Yes, I made a bet with my best friend—my now ex-best friend. It had been a stupid, heat of the moment kind of thing. I’d just wanted to get her out of my system and move one. Instead I’ve lived to regret it ever since. I lost the girl I loved, a girl that possessed my very soul. Now I can’t even get close to Natalie. She thinks all she ever meant to me was just the means to the end of a stupid, stupid game.

…For a Bet!

In the span of one night I’d gone from thinking I had a future with the man I loved to SHATTERED at his feet. I can’t get over it. The pain is too strong, too destructive as it festers more and more inside of me. And then my friend came up with the perfect revenge for both our broken hearts.

“I bet you…”

Those three little words gave me a reason to ball my pain up and throw it back in Devlin Cutter’s face. I would let him back in, let him think he had a chance with me once again. And then I would walk away, leaving him broken and bleeding at my feet as he once had left me.

This time he would be the one SHATTERED.

                                             My opinion:
A year ago Nat was dating Devlin and she was happy, but a night at a bar she found out that she was just a bet between him and Zander. A year later she had
to be in the same charity gala with him, she didn't think she could make it. Nat missed him so much even if she knew that she shouldn't after what he did
to her. She was right to be afraid since she ended up in his bed. A few months later, still hurt by him,she made a few appearance changes. Devlin was
trying to make her talk to him and earn her back, it wasn't easy at all. When the tour started Nat and Rissa made a bet, each one of them would seduce Devlin
Wroth and then dump them so they can hurt as much as those two were. After a couple of days she realised she couldn't do it, she loved him too much and with his actions he showed the same too. Many days later her brothers found out about the bet and there was a beatdown. But that was the time for some major revelations. Nat and Devlin had their happy ending...

Another good Rocker story, this one is about Nat (Drake's and Shane's sister)and Devlin a member of Otherwolrd. I liked it. I would have liked to

see how the bet was made between Devlin and Zander. Why don't we have a glimpse of the next book in this one?

My favourite lines:
1)“For real?” Jenna squeaked and covered her eyes with her hands. “Go put Mister Happy away, Zander. I do not want to see it waving around like a flag.”

2)“If you come looking for your kid and can’t find him, it’s because I already buried the body.”
I couldn’t help but snort at Jesse’s statement as I dropped down on the couch in his living room.

3)One, don’t piss Emmie off. It will get you ugly-dead. Like your-own-mother-wouldn’t-recognize-you dead.

4)Call me a pussy all you want, but that little redhead terrified me.

The Rocker Who Cherishes Me (The Rocker Series #8) by Terri Anne Browning

The Rocker Who Cherishes Me
The marines took me from a Tennessee farm boy and turned me into a hard man. Between the things I’d seen during my tour of duty and the things I’d done during my years as a member of OtherWorld, nothing could faze me. Nothing.

Except for HER.

She’s everything that is good in the world. At least, my world. Everything I’ve ever done has been for her. Always for her. I feel as if I need her to breathe, to feel alive. But I can’t have Marissa. She’s to innocent, to damn perfect. And me? I’m not good enough for that girl. She deserves better, someone who would spend their life CHERISHING her. Not breaking her heart.

Between my brother and Wroth Niall I’d been protected from the world for most of my life. You would think I was still a little girl the way they treated me. But I wasn’t made out of glass. It would take a lot to break this girl. Because if a childhood cancer hadn’t kicked my butt, nothing would. Right?
All I’ve ever wanted was for him to look at me. Really look at me and see that I wasn’t a fragile piece of porcelain that would break if he touched me. What I got was a lot more…but nowhere close to enough. Once I touched heaven—at least heaven for me—and now I didn’t know how to go back to what Wroth and I had had before. I can’t go back to the life I was living before my short time with Wroth. It would destroy me to stay that close, when I know that I’m not what he really wants. So when my brother asks me to go on tour with him yet again, I decide to jump on that tour bus without a backwards glance.

Only I wasn’t prepared to be stuck on HIS bus.

                                        My opinion:
The story begins with the description of Marissa 16 years old being ill from cancer and ready for her bone marrow transplant. That night at the hospital she
had her first real kiss from Wroth. 9 years later: Her brother's band was going on tour and he wanted her with him, but Marissa didn't know if she want that
since things between her and Wroth weren't so good. Wroth needed to talk with her but she didn't give him that chance. He was hurting now that he wasn't able
to talk to her, touch her, kiss her.He knew he fucked up but that didn't mean that he would stop trying to get her back.Marissa was so angry with him, she
wanted to hurt him so she made a bet with Natalie, they both had three months to seduce Wroth and Devlin and then dump them. The bet wasn't going as she
expected, she was falling for him even more. The moment she thought that could give him a chance she remembered the reason he hurt her a year ago. But it  turned out that she was away from him for no reason at all.At the end Wroth made Marissa the most happy woman in the entire world.

Oh my God,this is the sweetest and most romantic story of the rocker series. It hasn't as much sex scenes as the rest of them but i loved it. Wroth was trying to explain to Rissa what happened that night a year ago and also trying to earn her back in most of the story. He was a wreck just like her but she was just avoiding him or trying to hurt him. I felt sorry for Harper and Shane. The end of this book was magical.

My favourite line:
“Mia’s favorite color is peach,” Nik commented. “It makes Shane’s eyes sparkle.”

         “Shut up, fucker.”
